David R. Carlson, MD

As Medical Director, Dr. Carlson is charged with the clinical management of all HealthWorks clinical staff. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, has seven years of emergency medicine experience and thirteen years of occupational health experience.

Susan Rockwell, MD
Physician
Dr. Rockwell conducts Executive examinations, serving as the physician of record under the direction of the Medical Director, David Carlson, MD. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has 20 years of practice experience as well as 2 years in the occupational health field.

Joan Fulton, LPN
Executive Concierge
Joan is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. She will be assigned to the Executive during the course of the entire day to ensure that all services are orchestrated and delivered properly. Joan is very knowledgeable of the staff, building and service areas, which will expedite the transition from service to service.

Robert Carlson, M.P.A.
Director
Bob serves as overall leader of the HealthWorks program focusing on ensuring operational success, client satisfaction and program growth. He brings over 19 years of experience in program design, development and implementation of employee assistance programs and occupational health services.
