Whether you are a patient at Thompson Health, or are here visiting a relative or friend, we have many amenities to make your visit more comfortable.
From our inviting waiting areas with fireplaces and comfortable seating arrangements, to our fish tank along “Main Street,” you will find that Thompson Health is a place where the environment adds to the healing process. In addition to the comfort, we also offer spiritual care, providing patients, residents and families the emotional and spiritual support needed. Once you arrive, you will find many conveniences ranging from the Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters cart to the Guild Gallery Gift Shops, where you can purchase gifts, cards, balloons and so much more.
An ATM machine, provided by Canandaigua National Bank, is located between the Emergency Department & Diagnostic Imaging waiting areas along the main corridor.
There is an ATM machine in the cafeteria, which can be accessed from 7 am to 7 pm.
The cafeteria is located on the Ground Floor in F.F. Thompson Hospital, just around the corner from the elevators. Open daily, the cafeteria offers a variety of foods, including hot entrees, homemade soups, made-to-order sandwiches, salad bar, yogurt bar, baked good, and grill to order items. The cafeteria also has vending machines and a microwave always available.
Hours of Operation
Gourmet coffee is offered at the Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters cart, located in the hospital's main lobby. Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters offer a variety of gourmet coffees, teas and specialty drinks, along with fresh scones, muffins, cookies and biscotti. All this topped with service with a smile!
