Dr. Rast was raised in the Finger Lakes region and is ecstatic to be putting down roots back home. She has a special interest in preventive care, nutrition, sports medicine and continuity of care. Aside from professional endeavors, she can be found trail running, hiking, skiing, practicing yoga or exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
