Thompson Pharmacy Refill Portal

With the goal of making the transition from hospital to home both safe and convenient, your prescriptions can be filled using Thompson’s discharge prescription program.

Hospital Inpatients
When coordinated with the discharge team, your prescriptions can be delivered directly to your bedside, or we can have them available for pick-up at our Canandaigua Medical Group Pharmacy’s easily-accessible drive thru. With either option, pharmacists can discuss your medication instructions and interactions, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Same Day Surgery/Ambulatory Procedures Patients
Not only can we fill your post-operative and post-procedure prescriptions through our pharmacy, we can deliver them Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to your bedside. Simply ask your surgeon to send your necessary prescriptions to “Canandaigua Medical Group Pharmacy” so we can have them ready. Payment can be accepted bedside via cash, check, or credit card. Alternately, you can also pick them up directly at our pharmacy’s convenient drive-thru during regular business hours.

Emergency and Urgent Care Patients
For your convenience, we are able to fill prescriptions at our pharmacy and have them available to be picked up using our easily-accessible drive-thru at the Canandaigua Medical Group facility during regular business hours.
