Our team of professionals delivers emergency and intensive medical care to critically ill patients.

Thompson Hospital’s Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit provide responsive, professional care that saves lives. Thompson Hospital works in close partnership with Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics from Ontario County Advanced Life Support, who provide essential care to patients while they are in transit to the hospital.

Each patient bed in our fully equipped Intensive Care Unit can be visually monitored by our nursing staff at all times. Our medical staff works closely with the families of critically ill patients – to offer comfort and support as well as medical expertise and consultation.
