Guild Scholarship Application Form

Guidance counselor will submit a separate form (link at left) and the following items for consideration:

• Student transcript
• SAT/ACT scores
• AP courses
• Student's senior year courses
• Senior marks posted to date

Application must be submitted by April 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. 

Students need to email their counselor letting them know the student application has been submitted. Then the counselor should complete and submit their form.
