Senior Fitness
Senior Fitness Training is a 4-week, 10-session, fitness program designed to help active seniors maintain a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Training sessions are one-on-one, with a certified senior fitness instructor. Prior to training, participants receive a fitness evaluation. Results are used to create a customized exercise plan tailored to the participants’ individual needs.
The cost is $120 due at the time of the pre-test. Paperwork filled out by a physician is required.
