For those who receive a diagnosis of breast cancer, the Breast Health Clinical Navigators are standing by, ready to provide immediate access to a variety of support services.

The Breast Health Clinical Navigators can:

• Direct you to health care services for further diagnosis and treatment
• Assist with coordination of care and help guide you through the health care system
• Offer information and referrals regarding insurance options if you don't have insurance
• Provide information about local transportation resources
• Supply referrals and information regarding local resources, supports and services
• Help you get answers to your questions
