Free Childbirth Class April 13 at Thompson

CANANDAIGUA - UR Medicine Thompson Health will host a free Childbirth Class on Saturday, April 13.

The class will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Thompson Conference Center (TCC) on the ground floor of F.F. Thompson Hospital, 350 Parrish St. In Canandaigua.

Taught by certified lactation counselors Christy Richards and Rachael Jagger from Ontario County Public Health, this class is intended for expecting parents who are looking to learn more about labor and delivery and basic baby and new mom care.

Pre-registration is required. Support people are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring water and a snack.
