Four Receive Thompson’s Service Excellence Award

CANANDAIGUA – UR Medicine Thompson Health recently named four people as second-quarter 2024 Service Excellence Award winners.

Recipients of the quarterly award are chosen by the health system’s Service Excellence Team, which reviews compliments from patients, families, and coworkers submitted by system leaders.

Chosen for the honor by the health system’s Service Excellence Team (SET) were:

  • Bryon Campbell of Canandaigua, a physician assistant in Urgent Care.
  • Dr. Ayad Sadda of Victor, a hospitalist in Thompson’s Department of Hospital Medicine.
  • Jayson Villeneuve of Rochester, a physician assistant with URMC Imaging Sciences.
  • Dr. David Waldman of Canandaigua, also from URMC Imaging Sciences.

Each recipient of the Service Excellence Award receives points to be used on Thompson’s online shopping site and is featured in CEO presentations as well as on Thompson’s intranet site and in its internal newsletter.
