Adjacent to F.F. Thompson Hospital and often working in collaboration with hospital staff is the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center, an exceptional 188-bed skilled-nursing facility that cares for a diverse population with the following services:
- Post-Hospital Services for people who are recovering from an illness or injury
- Long-Term Care for those who require 24-hour medical care
- Dementia Care Services for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
- Medical Adult Day Services at an off-site program
Senior Living Services also encompasses Thompson’s enriched living community of Clark Meadows which has 48 apartments for individuals who need some assistance in order to continue living independently.
