VICTOR, NY – The 18th Annual Yarger Memorial Golf Scramble, held June 13 at Victor Hills Golf Course, drew 108 golfers and raised $11,000 for the Fralick Cardiac Rehabilitation and Fitness Center at UR Medicine’s Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua. The total donation from this tournament, since its inception, now stands at $175,000.
Awards were given to the following participants:
o Closest to the Pin: Matt Hoad and Randy Williams
o Men’s Longest Drive: Carl Jackson
o Women’s Longest Drive: Martha Baker
o 1st Place: Mark Fritz, Andy Simmons, Andy Humphrey, Caleb Scorscone
o 2nd Place: Rick Dickinson, Duane Dickinson, Jay Kaufman, Jack Mahan
o 3rd Place: Matt Hoad, Tom VanOrman, Dean Duvall, Andy Weaver
The committee thanks all of the local businesses that sponsored the tees and greens, and those who contributed merchandise for the raffle.
