Thompson Health is offering a shoulder injury prevention class at the Canandaigua Family YMCA, 32 N. Main St., Canandaigua. “Tuff Cuff” will be offered on three occasions from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Participants can attend the class on any one of the following dates: Wednesday, April 13, Friday, April 29 or Friday, May 13.
