CANANDAIGUA – UR Medicine Thompson Health will present “Strong Bones: Osteoporosis Update 2025” on Wednesday, April 30, at the Sands Family YMCA, 351 North Street in Canandaigua.
The free program will begin at 12:30 p.m. It is open to the public, with no RSVP necessary. Refreshments will be served.
With URMC Orthopaedics & Physical Performance’s Dr. Paul Rubery and Nurse Practitioner Deborah Horst leading the presentation, participants will learn:
- How osteoporosis affects bones
- Lifestyle choices for healthy bones
- Medical treatments for healthy bones
