CANANDAIGUA, NY- Thompson Health will host the 17th annual Silhouettes of Hope and Courage on Thursday, Oct. 4, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the lobby of the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center, 350 Parrish St., Canandaigua.
The event will honor three local women who demonstrated bravery and positivity during their battles with cancer: Marlene Button of Dundee, Mary Exley of Canandaigua and Carole Lillis of Canandaigua. The three will share their moving stories and speak about breast health and cancer prevention.
