CANANDAIGUA - The Service Excellence Team (SET) at UR Medicine’s Thompson Health recently announced the fourth quarter recipients of the health system’s Service Excellence Awards:
- Eileen Foster of Prattsburgh, Physician Assistant, Emergency Department
- Nikia Gayden of Rochester, Patient Care Technician, 2 West floor
- Robin Harding of Manchester, Registered Nurse, 2 West floor
- Bambi Scott of Naples, Sonographer, Ultrasound/Breast Imaging
The Service Excellence Award acknowledges Thompson associates who consistently deliver exceptional service. They are selected each quarter by the SET, which reviews system leaders’ submissions of compliments from patients, families and coworkers.
