CANANDAIGUA – UR Medicine’s Thompson Health announces a call for applications for the 2015 fall cycle of Mary Clark Thompson Health Grants. All local not-for-profit organizations whose programs enhance community health and wellness are encouraged to apply for funding through this opportunity offered by the F.F. Thompson Foundation.
The Mary Clark Thompson Health Grant program issues grants in the spring and fall, enabling the Foundation to invest directly in projects and organizations that care for the community. Individual projects may receive grants ranging from $500 to $2,500 annually based on grant applications and the following criteria:
• Benefit to the health status of the community
• Plan, goal and time frame
• Financial need
• Commitment to community partnering
• Alignment with Thompson Health’s mission
