CANANDAIGUA - The Spirit of Women Program at UR Medicine’s Thompson Health is sponsoring “Friends for Flo,” the first annual Women’s Health Night hosted by the Canandaigua Medical Group, 335 Parrish St., on Wednesday, May 20, at 6:30 p.m.
Refreshments will be served as physicians, nurse midwives and a nurse/certified lactation consultant from the Ob/Gyn Department at the medical group share information on a number of topics:

• “Normalizing Breastfeeding and Breastfeeding Rights” – Mary Ellen Orr, RN, CLC
Please bring a donation of feminine supplies or $5. These donations will go to Canandaigua Churches In Action, to help women who cannot afford feminine hygiene products.
