CANANDAIGUA – “Healing Pathways,” a program offered by UR Medicine Thompson Health for those with ongoing illnesses or other sources of chronic stress, will begin soon, with the option of a Tuesday evening series or a Thursday afternoon series.
Tuesday sessions will take place from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Oct. 9 through Dec. 11, at Ferris Hills at West Lake on Peg Rayburn Drive in Canandaigua. The Thursday sessions will take place from 1:30 to 4 p.m., Oct. 11 through Dec. 13, in the parlor at the First United Methodist Church, 100 N. Main St. in Canandaigua.
Presented by the Rev. Dr. Richard McCaughey and certified holistic stress management instructor Jennifer Klein, the Healing Pathways program focuses on wholeness of mind, body and spirit through the reshaping of thoughts, emotions and stress responses.

For the Tuesday evening sessions at Ferris Hills, program participants are asked to enter the Ferris Hills/Clark Meadows campus from the Middle Cheshire Road entrance, opposite Parking Lot B at Crosswinds Wesleyan Church. Enter Ferris Hills through the Clark Meadows doors.
Please note that no classes will be held on Nov. 20 or 22.
