CANANDAIGUA, NY – The sold-out Havana Nights Gala, held Sept. 11 at The Inn on the Lake, drew over 300 guests and raised more than $85,000 for UR Medicine’s Thompson Health.
The event featured both live and silent auctions, as well as a “cash call” for support of a new CT scanner in Thompson’s Emergency Department.
“We are grateful to all of the sponsors, volunteers, and donors who made this event such a success,” said Anita Pietropaolo, director of the F.F. Thompson Foundation. “The level of support we received is remarkable and will ensure Thompson Health continues to serve the community with the highest level of care.”
Thompson Health thanks all of the sponsors who made this event possible, including lead sponsors Constellation Brands, Drs. Angel and Christine Boev, LeCesse Construction, and The Pike Company.
Proceeds from this year’s event will support investment in advanced medical equipment needed to diagnose and care for complex, critical and emergency health concerns.
Next year’s gala is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 9, 2016. For more information, contact the Thompson Health Foundation at 585-396-6155 or foundation@thompsonhealth.org.
