Canandaigua— The Thompson Guild will host its annual Fall Luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Canandaigua Country Club, 1 Fallbrook Park, Canandaigua.
This year’s guest speaker is Michael F. Stapleton, Jr., President and CEO of Thompson Health. His presentation will touch on some of the changes occurring at Thompson Health such as the addition of robotic-assisted surgery and the affiliation with the University of Rochester Medical Center and how these will benefit our community.
The event is open to the public and the cost is $15 per person. The lunch includes a seasonal soup, quiche with salad, a dessert and hot beverage.
Attendees are invited to participate in a special opportunity to donate a sleeper to newborn babies of families in need. Those wishing to help please bring a new sleeper (size newborn or 0-3 months) to the luncheon and you will also be eligible for a special raffle drawing.
