CANANDAIGUA – Individuals who experience occasional lower back pain are invited to attend a free seminar on Wednesday, March 12, at UR Medicine Thompson Hospital, 350 Parrish St. in Canandaigua.
Called “Oh My Healthy Back,” the seminar will take place from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Constellation Center for Health and Healing, accessed via The Thompson Way, a private drive off West Street.
Cheri Sidoti and Farley Wagner, both physical therapists with Thompson Health Rehabilitation Services, will discuss spinal anatomy, spinal conditions, and theories about lower back pain and basic pain management techniques.
