Free Flu Shot Clinic a Community Effort
CANANDAIGUA –Thompson Health, in partnership with the Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center (CMAC) and the Greater Canandaigua Family YMCA, distributed 60 flu shots at their free flu clinic for the uninsured and underinsured.
The clinic, held Saturday, Nov. 5 at the YMCA, was made possible through the monetary donations collected this summer at the Robert Mondavi, Arbor Mist and Corona tents on the CMAC grounds. Together, CMAC and Constellation Brands’ donation to Thompson Health made these flu shots possible.
As we head into flu season, these community partners share a collective goal to ensure that everyone in our community is protected, regardless of insurance status.
