Ferris Hills at West Lake is inviting the public to its Spring Open House, set for Saturday, May 5, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In addition to taking tours, visitors can celebrate Cinco de Mayo by enjoying music from Trio Los Claveles from Rochester and also by serving as the judges in a “top chef” competition, tasting and voting on a variety of Mexican-themed creations prepared by Ferris Hills’ chefs. There will be a make-your-own sundae station as well, and guests will be eligible for door prizes, including a dinner for four at Ferris Hills’ restaurant.
An affiliate of Thompson Health, Ferris Hills at West Lake is an independent senior living community located on 57 acres in Canandaigua, with 84 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. The adjoining Clark Meadows – which is included in the Spring Open House – features 48 enriched living apartments for residents who need more assistance with daily tasks.
Ferris Hills/Clark Meadows can be accessed from either the 3300 block of West Lake Road (County Road 16) or from Middle Cheshire Road, just opposite Crosswinds Wesleyan Church.
Those who are unable to attend the May 5 open house but are interested in finding out more about Ferris Hills are invited to schedule a private tour and complimentary lunch by calling (585) 393-0410. To schedule a tour and lunch at Clark Meadows, call (585) 393-4330.
