CANANDAIGUA, NY - Sunset Serenades, Ferris Hills at West Lake’s annual summer concert series, will kick off on Wednesday, July 10, with a performance by the Dady Brothers.
Rochester natives who have performed for more than 30 years at clubs, pubs and festivals in the U.S., Canada and Ireland, John and Joe Dady have a solid command of many folk instruments including but not limited to guitar, pennywhistle, fiddle, banjo, octave mandolin, harmonica, uilleann pipes, bodhrán and ukulele. Their repertoire ranges from Irish folk ballads to contemporary folk, bluegrass and acoustic blues.
The six-week, Wednesday evening Sunset Serenade series is free and open to the public, with free parking available. Those who attend are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
Each concert begins at 7 p.m. The remaining schedule is as follows:

* July 24: The Jack Allen Big Band
* July 31: Almost Irish
* Aug. 7: 78 RPM Big Band
* Aug. 14: The Music Makers
