CANANDAIGUA - Roseland Bowl and members of the Canandaigua USBC Bowling Association recently presented $18,700 to UR Medicine Thompson Health for its Breast Health Patient Navigation Program.
The money was raised at the 10th Annual Bowl for the Cure, held in February of this year. Since its inception in 2009, the event has raised $170,000 for Thompson’s breast cancer awareness and education programs.
This year’s proceeds will help sustain the Breast Health Patient Navigation Program at Thompson’s Dr. Laurie Sands and Constellation Brands Breast Imaging Center in Canandaigua.
