CANANDAIGUA – The Palliative Care Program at the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center is partnering with YoBerry at Parkway Plaza on Eastern Boulevard for a fundraiser.
On Saturday, Aug. 15, customers who remember to use the code word “THOMPSON” when paying for their frozen yogurt at this YoBerry location will ensure that they are helping support palliative care for residents at M.M. Ewing, a skilled-nursing facility operated by UR Medicine’s Thompson Health in Canandaigua.

CANANDAIGUA – Starting and ending at Onanda Park on the west shore of Canandaigua Lake, the 13th annual Tour de Thompson will be held Saturday July 25, 8 a.m. to 4:30pm.

VICTOR, NY – The 18th Annual Yarger Memorial Golf Scramble, held June 13 at Victor Hills Golf Course, drew 108 golfers and raised $11,000 for the Fralick Cardiac Rehabilitation and Fitness Center at UR Medicine’s Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua. CANANDAIGUA - Sunset Serenades, Ferris Hills at West Lake’s annual summer concert series, will kick off on Wednesday, July 15, with a performance by Rochester’s original Oktoberfest band, The Krazy Firemen.
