CANANDAIGUA, NY- The community is invited to stop by the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center on Thursday, April 25, for the 8th annual “Spring Fling.”
Gifts for Mother’s Day, graduations and more will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the lobby of the Continuing Care Center, 350 Parrish St., during the arts/craft sale. It will feature approximately a dozen vendors as well as a bake sale.
A drawing will be held at 3 p.m. First prize is a patio table and chairs set (valued at $200) and second prize is $100 cash. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5. You need not be present for the drawing in order to win a prize.
All proceeds from the baked goods sale and the drawing will go toward resident events such as the Summer Carnival and a square dance planned for September.
Located adjacent to Thompson Hospital, the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center is a residential healthcare facility providing quality skilled nursing care to 188 residents with a variety of needs. In addition to long-term care and dementia care services, it offers post-hospital services for people who are recovering from an illness or injury and need a “stepping stone” to home.
