THOMPSON TO TAKE PART IN INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
06/30/2009  -  Thompson Health will take part in an international exchange this summer, with an executive from a health system in the United Kingdom paying a visit to Thompson and Deborah Weymouth – her Thompson counterpart – then visiting the U.K.
THOMPSON HEALTH AND EXCELLUS BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD TEAMING UP TO HELP BREAST CANCER PATIENTS
06/24/2009  -  Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and Thompson Health are working together to provide more education to women about breast cancer screening and early detection. A $2,500 grant from Excellus will help Thompson Health acquire additional patient education materials for its Breast Health Patient Navigation Program.
YARGER MEMORIAL GOLF SCRAMBLE RAISES $11K
06/23/2009  -  The 12th Annual Yarger Memorial Golf Scramble was held on Saturday, June 13 at the Victor Hills Golf Course in Victor. The event drew 132 golfers and raised $11,000 for Thompson Health’s Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
SANDS CANCER CENTER GOLF CLASSIC RAISES $30K
06/23/2009  -  The 11th Annual Sands Cancer Center Golf Classic was held on Monday, June 8 at Bristol Harbour Golf Club in Canandaigua. The tournament raised more than $30,000 for the Sands Cancer Center.
MARGERY PAWLUK GOLF SCRAMBLE RAISES MORE THAN $8K FOR SANDS CANCER CENTER
06/23/2009  -  The 5th Annual Margery Pawluk Golf Scramble was held on Friday, June 5 at Reservoir Creek Golf Club in Naples. The event raised more than $8,000 for the Margery Pawluk Cancer Patient Needs Fund at the Sands Cancer Center.
COMMUNITY HEALTH GRANT RECIPIENTS NAMED

04/14/2009  -  Governor David Paterson has proclaimed May 13 as Health Care Auxilian Day in New York State to recognize the dedicated auxilians who annually donate more than five million hours of service to their health care facilities and their communities.

THOMPSON HEALTH RECEIVES $1,000 CHECK FROM RELIANT COMMUNITY CREDIT UNIION
03/16/2009  -  On March 10, Reliant Community Credit Union presented Thompson Health with a check for $1,000. This generous donation is from the participation in the Rochester Chapter of the Credit Union Association of New York’s annual fund raising campaign “Credit Union Cares for Kids.”
