Featured Speaker:

Reggie Bishop
Reggie Bishop has lived with Type 1 diabetes for 36 years and knows firsthand the challenges with managing diabetes and taking insulin to help control blood sugar.
He is a member of the A1C Champions Program, a patient-led approach to diabetes education. Reggie will share his personal story about his overall diabetes treatment plan which includes diet and exercise. He will demonstrate how to make choices to help reach blood sugar goals and how to incorporate diabetes management into a daily routine.

His talk is aimed at younger diabetics, but all will appreciate why Reggie says, “I manage my diabetes - it does NOT manage me!”
